This is the complete idea library for MIOME IB-ONE clinician-recorded video ads. Every concept is built to feel like a calm, credible mini-consult, not an influencer-style ad, not a hard sell. The goal is to sound like you are explaining something to a patient you respect.
The MIOME target audience is women aged 40 to 80 in the US who deal with constipation. The 47 concepts below are built around the many ways she might recognize herself: women who have tried everything, women whose digestion changed in perimenopause, GLP-1 users, caregivers, label-skeptics, women whose constipation traces back to a supplement change - and more.
Every concept builds naturally into the same two key messages from the 2020 clinical study, with study screenshots:
- Adults with constipation went from around 1 to nearly 6 bowel movements per week after 4 weeks of daily use.
- 0% to 98% of participants achieved normal stool consistency over the same 4 weeks.
The strain that delivers these results is Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2 - and that's the exact strain IB-ONE is exclusively formulated with, at the same 2 billion CFU dose used in the clinical study.
How the MIOME content process works
A step-by-step walkthrough, grouped into four stages. Most MIOME content actually goes live from MIOME's own ad accounts - so a few steps near the end are only relevant if you are also posting on your own wall.

Stage 1 · Before filming
-
01
Pick your concepts
Browse the 47 ideas below. Pick the angles that feel most natural for you and your audience. Filter by topic if it helps. Feel free to adapt them, mix and match, or come up with something completely your own - these are here to spark ideas, not to box you in.
-
02
Send us your hooks and script
For each video, send us a written short draft script along with 2 alternate hook options for filming. Ideally in a shared Google Doc so we can leave comments and tweak the wording inline together. Feel free to write in your voice - we'll shape it from there if anything needs adjusting.
-
03
We review, approve, and send the partnership ad request
We review for accuracy, claim wording, compliance, and ad strength. You'll typically hear back within 48 hours. Up to 2 revision rounds available, usually just 1. At this stage we'll also send a Partnership Ad request from our end - approving it lets us run the content as a paid ad. (It will not appear on your own feed unless you also choose to post the Reel, which is the optional stage further down.)
Need more product on hand? If you'd like extra IB-ONE or IB-PRO boxes, just email us and we'll send some out.
Stage 2 · Filming
-
04
Film the video
If you are doing multiple videos, ideally film one video at a time so we can give you feedback before you move on to the next - it usually makes the second and third videos stronger than batching them all in one session. If you do film more than one in a single session, try to vary the setting or styling between them - we've seen variation move performance.
-
05
Film 2 additional clean hook variants
The hook is the opening sentence of the video - the first thing the viewer hears. Record each additional hook as its own clean 10 to 15 second clip, no text overlays, no title card, no image overlays. Lets us test different hooks against the same body of the video.
-
06
Capture B-roll (optional)
Only if it makes sense and fits naturally - if the video already flows well as a talking-head piece, don't shoehorn B-roll in. When it does fit, the goal is "a moment in your day," not a polished hero shot - product on the kitchen bench while you talk, a quick clip of taking the capsule, the blister pack in your toiletry bag. The risk of overdoing B-roll is that the video starts feeling like an ad rather than a real consult, which is exactly what we don't want. Use your judgment.
Stage 3 · After filming
-
07
Send the draft edit
Send us:
- The edited video, with everything already cut in: on-screen text overlays (your subtitle-style text), the study screenshots, your optional Reel cover, and any optional B-roll cuts.
- Your draft Instagram caption copy - the text that will sit underneath the post.
-
08
Make revisions (if needed)
Once you send the draft edit, we'll get back to you with feedback if anything needs adjusting. The spoken script and hooks were already approved at step 03 - revisions at this stage are usually around things that emerge in the edit itself: on-screen text overlays (subtitles) that introduce wording we hadn't seen, an image overlay that needs swapping, hook clip choice once we see it cut together, or CTA placement/pacing.
Stage 4 · Wrap up
-
09
Send final assets
Within 48 hours of approval (or of posting, if you're posting too), share a folder with 3 files:
- Final edited video - same one we approved, with on-screen text overlays, study screenshots, optional Reel cover, and any B-roll already cut in.
- Clean version - the same video with everything removed. Just you on camera with the original audio. No on-screen text overlays, no study screenshots, no B-roll cuts, no Reel cover. We use this clean version to produce any variations of the ad on our end.
- 2x hook clips, clean - no overlays, no title cards.
Stage 5 · Optional · if you're posting on your own account
Most MIOME content goes live from MIOME's own ad accounts. This stage only applies if your agreement also has you posting the Reel on your own wall.
-
10
Post the Reel
Post only after final approval. Tag @miome.health, use the approved caption. Try not to post another Reel the same day.
-
11
Set up ManyChat (optional)
If you'd like to add it: when a viewer comments a trigger word like "MIOME" or "constipation" on your post, ManyChat sends them an automatic DM with your affiliate link and discount code. The advantage: instead of telling viewers to "click the link in my bio," you turn every interested commenter into a direct DM with the exact link that earns you the commission. Setup walkthrough here: help.manychat.com / Instagram setup.

All 47 concepts. Filter, search, expand.
Each card opens to its three hook variants (click any hook to copy), talking points, the IB-ONE bridge line, visual cues, three CTA options, the evidence assets to overlay, and a compliance caution.
The language that keeps every ad on-spec
A note on naming: "IB-ONE" and "Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2" are interchangeable in any of these concepts - you don't have to mention IB-ONE in every video. Some of our strongest ads talk about the strain by name and barely reference the product. Pick whichever fits your delivery.
Always include
Unless there's a clear exception, the three below should appear in every ad. Attribute both stats to the strain and to the 2020 clinical study on the strain, not to IB-ONE the product, with the matching study screenshot on screen at that moment. Both screenshots live in the asset gallery below.
- The strain. Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2.
- Frequency. In the 2020 clinical study on this strain, adults with constipation went from around 1 to nearly 6 bowel movements per week after 4 weeks of daily use.
- Consistency. In the same 2020 clinical study, 0% to 98% of participants achieved normal stool consistency after 4 weeks.
Strengthen the case where it fits
Reach for these when the concept calls for more credibility. None of them are required.
- Studied dose. 2 billion CFU per capsule, one capsule a day - the same dose used in the clinical study.
- 8 week satisfaction program. The 2020 clinical study on the strain ran for 4 weeks - MIOME's generous satisfaction program gives you twice that window, so there's a real runway to see whether it's working. As with any probiotic, there are responders and non-responders, and this program is the practical answer to that. It removes the risk for the viewer (and the patient, when you're recommending it in practice): full refund, no questions asked.
- AEProbio 2025 Clinical Guide. The Clinical Guide to Probiotic Products Available in USA, published by the Alliance for Education on Probiotics (AEProbio). It's a clinician-facing reference used by US healthcare providers to look up evidence-graded probiotics by indication. IB-ONE is listed in the 2025 edition (page 2) with specific indications for constipation. Useful when you want third-party clinical credibility beyond the strain's own study data.
Phrases that stay on-spec
Lean on these where they fit naturally - they're the wordings that hold up best to compliance review.
- "Clinically studied" (never just "studied")
- "Clinical studies" (never "clinical trials")
- "Clinically studied in adults with constipation"
- "Supports normal bowel movements"
- "Supports stool consistency"
- "The strain matters"
- "Think in weeks, not days"
- "Discomfort" (never "painful")
Words/phrases to steer away from
These either create regulatory headaches or break trust with the audience. Easy to swap out once you know they're on the list.
- Treats / cures / prevents / fixes constipation
- Guaranteed results / works for everyone
- "Functional constipation" (just say "constipation")
- Any specific medical condition: IBS, SIBO, colitis, chronic constipation
- "Pain" / "painful" (use "discomfort" instead)
- Anything that reads like an FDA disease claim (heals, miracle, detox, etc.)
- Prefer not to use "motility"
One way a 60-second ad might flow
Below is just an example of how a typical ad might break down into different sections, beat by beat. Plenty of great ads skip beats, reorder them, or do their own thing entirely - use it however it's useful to you. The image suggestions in the right column point at the asset gallery further down.

Influencer FAQ - copy-paste replies

Everyone's gut is a bit different so timing varies, but many people start noticing benefits after around 2 weeks of taking MIOME daily. From there it often gets better with consistency, and the best results usually come from taking it every day and giving your gut a few weeks to settle into a new rhythm. MIOME stands behind it with an 8 week satisfaction program - the 2020 clinical study on the strain ran for 4 weeks, so the program gives you twice that window. You can try it properly, and if it does not work for you, full refund, no questions asked. More info at miome.health/satisfaction.
Probiotics can take time and they don't work the same for everyone. Many people notice changes around weeks 3 to 4, with benefits sometimes building through weeks 4 to 8. In the 2020 clinical study on the strain inside IB-ONE, adults went from around 1 to nearly 6 bowel movements per week after 4 weeks of daily use. That said, MIOME does not want anyone stuck with something that is not working. Their 8 week satisfaction program means you can try it properly and request a full refund if it does not work for you. More info at miome.health/satisfaction.
Yes. MIOME's probiotic strains are shelf-stable and you can take them with or without food. I would focus on taking it consistently each day.

Three clinical studies on Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2
The strain inside IB-ONE - Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2 (MTCC 5260) - has three randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials behind it: one in adults with constipation, and two in IBS (one in adults, one in children). Each is summarized below in its own dedicated section.
Unique IS-2 in constipation - the foundation study behind everything we say about IB-ONE
This is the study every constipation stat in MIOME creative comes from. The 98% normal stool consistency number, the bowel-movement frequency, the reduction in abdominal discomfort - all of it traces back here. Worth re-reading whenever you script a hook.
Madempudi et al. 2020
- 98% achieved normal stool consistency by week 4. This is the figure that anchors our packaging and most of our ad creative.
- Spontaneous bowel movements rose from ~1 to ~6 per week by week 4, p<0.001 at weeks 3 and 4.
- Reduced abdominal discomfort. CSS abdominal pain score dropped from 2.2 at baseline to 0.38 at week 4, p=0.002.
- Reduced discomfort during evacuation. CSS difficulty-of-evacuation score dropped to 0.66 by week 4, p=0.006.
- Reduced feeling of incomplete evacuation. CSS score dropped to 0.88, p=0.034.
- Improved stool consistency on Bristol scale. Mean score rose to 3.02 by week 4, p=0.021.
- Safety. No adverse events in the probiotic group.
Unique IS-2 in IBS - exceptional data, strictly for the clinic
Two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials on Unique IS-2 - one in adults, one in children. Both used 2 billion CFU daily for 8 weeks. The results are unusually strong for a probiotic in IBS. Use this in your own clinic, with patients. Do not put it in a MIOME ad.
Madempudi et al. 2019
- Pain reduction. Baseline pain score dropped from 8.2 to 3.4 at week 8, p<0.001.
- Pain responders. 84.9% hit the ≥50% pain-reduction threshold at week 8; 90.6% by week 10. The ≥50% bar is stricter than the FDA ≥30% bar used in IBS drug trials.
- Bowel movements. Mean CSBM score rose from 2.5 to 4.0 per week; 79.3% became CSBM responders.
- Stool consistency. 65% achieved normal stool consistency by week 6.
- Patient Global Assessment. 18.9% reported complete relief and 64.2% reported considerable relief.
- Total IBS symptom severity. Mean score dropped from 26.4 to 10.6 - a 60% improvement.
- Safety. No adverse events.
Sudha et al. 2018
- Pain responders. 93.1% hit the ≥50% pain-reduction threshold at week 8.
- Eight symptom domains all improved significantly. Abdominal discomfort, bloating, urgency, incomplete evacuation, straining, passage of gas, bowel habit satisfaction, overall IBS assessment - all p<0.0001.
- Stool consistency. By week 6, around half of children in the probiotic arm had returned to normal stool consistency.
- Subject's Global Assessment of Relief. Total score dropped from 13.1 to 3.5. Significant reduction in family-life impact too.
- Safety. No treatment-related adverse events. No relapse two weeks after stopping the probiotic.
IB-ONE is also listed in the 2025 AEProbio Clinical Guide to Probiotic Products (Available in the USA) on page 2, with specific indications for both IBS and constipation. AEProbio is the clinician-facing reference US healthcare providers use to look up evidence-graded probiotics by indication.
How to use this in practice
In MIOME video ads: the constipation data is what you anchor to. The 2020 constipation study is the lead story - the 98% normal stool consistency number, the ~1 to ~6 bowel movements per week, the reductions in abdominal discomfort - all public-claim-safe and all traceable back to this single peer-reviewed paper.
Bonus depth in your own clinic: the two IBS studies give you the deepest clinical context. Unique IS-2 has unusually strong, replicated, peer-reviewed data in IBS across both adults and children. That data is yours to use in patient conversations - it just doesn't appear in MIOME ads.
